To be considered for employment, the applicant must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen, as well as other testing throughout their employment
  • Have a current Class A CDL;
  • Have a current DOT Medical Examination card
  • Have at least 12 months of Commercial Driving history;
  • Have commercial driving experience in winter conditions;
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the past 24 months;
  • No DOT Recordable/preventable crashes in the past 24 months;
  • No DUI’s in the past 3 years


To fill out this application, you will need to know the following:

Social Security Number

Home address history for the past 3 years

Current driver license number and driver license(s) for the past 3 years (if applicable)

Employment history up to 10 years (if applicable)

History of traffic accidents, violations and/or convictions from the last 3 years, including DUI or reckless driving conviction and license suspension (if applicable)

Additionally, as per FMCSA regulations, the applicant must create an FMCSA Clearinghouse profile for themselves and provide Shale Oilfield Services LLC. permission to run a "Full Query" before the applicant can be hired for a driving position.
